AMS has a wide range of features that can help provide additional security for your messages. These include SSL encryption for transport security and device locking for lost or stolen handsets.
If you are having issues with AMS on your device, you can reset AMS.

- Templates - Templates define the data to be collected from mobile users, what AMS does with that data, and how that data is presented to users within the system.
- Workflows - Workflows are used to dynamically control the fields on a form and to navigate a user between forms.
